I like FOOD,

I love to say 'ONE DAY ONLY" to my dear friends when it come to FOOD.

GOOD & TASTY FOOD is meant to share to everyone, so let's be SUMOs once in awhile.

Yeah!!! What came into our mind when we talked about SUMO??? For me, its all about obese Japanese wrestler. But for this new cafe 'SUMO Sandwich' has a lovely meaningful behind it.
It is BIG HEART which they offer the most generous sandwiches in the town.

This is a brand new Japanese-style Subway which launched in February 2015.

This is the Signature of the cafe

Soft Shell Crab

This is a combination of Soft Shell Crab with Kani, Ebiko and Torched Cheddar Cheese. A sandwich will be perfect when mix with the right bun. So it is accomplish with the seaweed bun.

This is not an ordinary sandwich which crumple the bun with the fillings.
SUMO's provide flaming sandwich and Live Flaming just before they serve to your table and melt your heart with their generosity,

Te-Deng!!! It actually used to melt the cheddar Cheese to provide awesome taste to your taste bud.
It taste so yummy with every single bite.
Nevertheless, the seaweed bun is soft and fluffy with nutrient-dense and you do feel how it accommodate your tummy space.

Don't stop drooling. This is another type of sandwich

Chicken Katsu

Chicken Katsu (Tori Katsu) consists of breaded, deep-fried chicken cutlet and sliced into stripes. SUMO's provide combination with Cheddar Cheese and accomplish with Multigrain Bun.

This is what it looks like after Cheddar Cheese being melted by flame. It does provides the healthier bun nourished with dietary fiber. Words can't describe how delicious it is unless you try it.

Tuna Tamago

Tamago is a type of Japanese omelette. This sandwich has combination of Tuna, Tamago, Torched Cheddar Cheese and Ebiko. This accomplish with the Bamboo Bun.

One of the crew member showed his talent on the bun. This sandwich actually belongs to other customer, so we just captured the moment of making this sandwich. Will try it on next visit as it seems so special and yummy from it's appearance.

A business will not success without the teamwork of the crews. So here are the frontline people of the cafe - Shawn, Adeline and the crews.  Appreciate their treats and have a wonderful chit-chatting when it came about food.

This is a brochure which you may found on SUMO's facebook page. Faster grab your chance to serve your taste bud while the deals still on.
You can get a SUMO's flaming sandwich with a drink (you can choose either Ice Lemon Tea, Green Tea, Sprite or Coke) from RM 9.90 onwards.

The soft colourful interior design with SUMOs on the wall suite their motto
Live well, Laugh more and Love life

She was so happy with her first try of SUMO sandwich. Hahaha.. Luckily my hungry face was not captured. 2 girls with two 7'inch sandwich were not a big problem. Will it be fine when there was another attempt to get another sandwich before we finished the two 7' inch sandwich. Because it taste was delicious and our tongue can't resist to stop.

The SUMO's mascot just outside the cafe. See you again!!!

A day trip to Klang Bak Kut Teh--->Pulau Ketam--->I-city

Hai there,

Planning going to Pulau Ketam was a sudden due to we  don't have any place that can go during holiday. At first, it should be 3 of us but at last we have 5 person in a group to the little fish village island.

We leaved from our hostel early in the morning and we were on our way to Klang for having our breakfast. As usual, Klang was famous with their chinese food which we called it Bak Kut Teh. After having our breakfast, we moved on to Klang Jetty (Pelabuhan Klang) at which it was the end of the KTM rail. For those who come with KTM, the Pulau Ketam Jetty is just opposite the KTM station.

Next Station--->Pulau Ketam
We bought our return ticket for RM 14 per person (RM 7 per way). And there are lots of departing time which had stated on the board.

After around 45 mins journey from the jetty to Pulau Ketam, and here WE ARE AT PULAU KETAM.
For me, this fish village was a quite village yet it was a harmony and peaceful place. Looking at their lifestyle, although simple, with lots of difficulties such as they don't have any clean water supply, but they were happy with what they have.
All the houses were built in this pattern.

This is the first SEAFOOD RESTAURANT after we reached,
there are still lots of SEAFOOD RESTAURANTS in the small town.

simple lifestyle

Dried Prawn area (Udang Kering)

Progress in building a Boat

Local crab

This is our lunch at 'REMEMBER ME SEAFOOD RESTAURANT'

There is vege, crab, prawn, fish (picture not taken), rice and drinks cost us RM 126

People living here facing a BIG PROBLEM where they didn't get a clean water supply.
Every person are eligible to get 2 bottles of 5 litre water.

Next Station---> I-City, Shah Alam After going back from Pulau Ketam, we were heading to I-City, Shah Alam. It is a very nice and romantic place with colorful light design. There is also a 3D Art Museum which is one of the attraction in I-City.
